ContractorFinancials Tops Mystery Shopper Survey
ContractorFinancials have come out on top of a mystery shopper exercise involving independent financial advisers and banks in a recent survey.

The survey, conducted by Financial Adviser magazine (an FT publication) tested the level of expertise on the complex issue of pensions and how well financial experts were able to discuss difficult issues with members of the public.

ContractorFinancials scored top marks in the survey with the mystery shopper reporting that: “The shopper felt confident after talking with the adviser. The adviser was extremely helpful and guided the shopper through the various pension options....”
