Mortgage Express waives penalties

Mortgage Express will waive early repayment charges (ERCs) for borrowers that redeem their mortgage between February and June 2009, saving borrowers as much as £10,000 or more if they decide to switch.

In an unprecedented move residential lender, Mortgage Express, has announced this month that since it is no longer able to offer new lending and may not be in a position to offer competitive deals in the future, it is offering customers the chance to remortgage to another lender without the worry of hefty repayment charges.

Borrowers can expect to receive a letter over the coming months informing them of the waiver and advising them to contact their financial adviser for assistance in finding a more competitive rate.

ContractorFinancials will search the whole of the market to find the best mortgage rate for you and our experienced advisers are able to offer independent advice on the mortgage best suited to your needs as a Contractor.
