We have negotiated our contract rate based mortgage underwriting with many of the big High Street lenders. Over the years we have been able to build up bespoke agreements to cover most Contractor needs but alternatively we do provide access to self-certification options where no proof of income is required, although interest rates and lender fees may be higher so our preferred route will always be to try and use your contract.
